Summary

Sony began working as a Prevention Educator for the Sexual Assault Prevention and Education Center in the summer of 2017.  In this role, Sony is responsible for programming on the subjects of healthy relationships and consent education.  Prior to working in the Sexual Assault Prevention and Education Center, Sony worked at KU as an academic advisor for the School of Education and Assistant Director in the Emily Taylor Center for Women & Gender Equity.  As a student at KU, Sony was a Resident Assistant in Oliver and Ellsworth Halls.  Sony is a Lego enthusiast and can frequently be found enjoying the sights and sounds of downtown Lawrence.

Sony received a BA in English, a BSJ in Strategic Communications, and a MSE in Higher Education Administration, all from The University of Kansas.
